What are you raising money for?

The funds raised through this campaign are strictly for Hope Williams’ urgent orthopaedic surgery to treat Avascular Necrosis of the Head of the Femur. The amount will be used to pay for surgical procedures, hospital admission, medical tests, medications, and post-surgery care at Al-Hilal Orthopaedic & Trauma Specialist Clinic, Kaduna, kaduna state The total estimated cost provided by the hospital is N4,283,000( four million,two hundred and eighty three thousand naira) Every donation will go directly toward ensuring that Hope Williams receives proper medical treatment and the care he urgently needs to improve his condition and mobility so as to help himself.

Why are you raising the funds?

We are raising these funds because Hope Williams urgently needs surgery, and our family is unable to afford the cost. Hope is only 23 years old and the only son of his family. Due to his condition, he cannot walk properly, attend school, or learn a skill, which has greatly affected his quality of life and future prospects. Doctors have warned that delaying surgery could lead to permanent damage and worsening pain. With no funds raised so far and the situation being time-sensitive, we are appealing to the kindness of the public to help us save Hope from lifelong disability.
