What are you raising money for?

The goal of this campaign is to get a camera. As it would go a long way in my photography practice ,enabling me to take up photography gigs , classes projects and assignments. To also help inspire other photographers and young people out there . I the funds raised would be used to not only purchase a camera but the needed lenses , reflectors and other equipments also . As I’d need a camera for documentation which is required for my current ongoing project. This campaign is also aimed at changing the image of Nigeria for research purposes. Why are you raising the funds?

I’m been yearning to develop my photography skills for a long time, but there’s a huge limit to the things that one can do with a mobile phone and sadly I don’t have anyone to support my skills . As I don’t have the financial capacity to facilitate my skills (since I’m still a student) every thing about my skill set is currently sitting ducks. As Buju once said “If you no get money e Dey kill idea” . So I’m raising this funds to promte my skills, just like many talented creatives out there , I’ve not been able to meet up to my innate potential due to lack of funds and support

What will the funds raised help achieve?

The funds raised would help me achieve my innate potentials and take my skill set to the next level which would help in putting me out there. I believe that with a developed skill set I can represent Nigeria in a new light to the world . I have so much to offer , this is my very first step in putting myself out there . I believe that Photography is a very powerful tool that is essential in our lives .
