Appeal for Financial Help to bail Protesters

What are you raising money for?

It will help us bail out the peaceful protesters who were arrested during the #End Bad Government Protest. Gada, Sokoto Nigeria. Please assist us in any way you can. We are frustrated and hungry. We have written to numerous international and local organizations for help but there’s no response from them whatsoever some requested to meet us in person in Lagos and Abuja but we do not have the transport fare to go and meet them to further explain our hardship to them. Please don’t ignore us, hear our cry. Please help us. Almighty Allah bless you and keep you safe.

Why are you raising the funds?

For the purpose of bailing out our people who were arrested during the #End Bad Government Protest. There was a nationwide protest, and we were advised not to protest. But we protested. As the report was circulating, there was mass destruction and the destruction was sponsored by our politicians to satisfy their greed and innocent people were arrested and detained including our group members (18 in nos). We were asked to bring money to bail them but we don't have such an amount of money to bail them. They are hungry there and we outside are also hungry.

What will the funds raised help achieve?

It will help our arrested and detained people to be free and continue their business as the country is hard. We are still feeling about them because it's not the federal government that is handling the case, the one that the federal government are handling are being charged with treason and demanding for their head.
