Help Me Treat a Kidney Infection and PID

What are you raising money for?

On July 6, 2026, I had an abdominal and pelvic scan at DME Global Healthcare Medical Diagnostics that showed I have left pyelonephritis, which is a kidney infection, along with PID, pelvic inflammatory disease affecting my reproductive organs. My doctor also wants me tested for H. Pylori because of ongoing stomach discomfort and possible dyspepsia, along with urine culture and HVS culture tests to identify exactly which bacteria are involved so I can be treated correctly. Right now I am dealing with pain and discomfort from both conditions and I need to move quickly to complete these recommended tests, get the right antibiotics prescribed, and follow up with my doctor closely to make sure the infections clear completely. If not treated properly and promptly, this could lead to lasting damage to my kidneys and my reproductive health, so getting the full course of treatment done now matters a great deal to me.

I currently cannot cover the full cost of tests, medication, and follow-up care on my own, and these expenses have added up quickly with consultations, scans, and lab work already behind me. Left untreated, a kidney infection can spread to the bloodstream and cause permanent kidney damage, and PID left untreated can lead to chronic pelvic pain, scarring, or fertility complications down the line. Because of this, I cannot afford to delay treatment or only partially treat these conditions. I need to start and complete the full recommended treatment as soon as possible, which includes further lab tests, a proper course of antibiotics, and follow-up visits with my doctor to confirm the infections have cleared.
