Help Mrs Bismark Get Kidney Transplant

What are you raising money for?

We are trying to raise money for Mrs Temitope Bismark who has kidney failure and wants to do a kidney transplant. It's been challenging for the family over the past couple of years and, now more than ever, we are in dire need of the public's assistance. Mrs Bismark has been on dialysis all this while and it is pretty sad that she has to undergo another transplant, despite having done one about a year ago. We intend to raise about 30 million naira It'd include her dialysis fees (she does dialysis 2 twice a week and takes her blood injections once a week, depending on her PCV) so far she hasn't needed any blood transfusion. Dialysis cost 35-40k depending on any extra thing the doctor has to prescribe. Dialysis can't be stopped, that's what keeps her alive. The money will cover the following: - Dialysis fee - Donor/Agent fee - Application/Travel fee (for at least 3 people) - Housing fee (in Turkey) - Medical fee - Translator fee (they don't speak English in Turkey) - Drug fee - Feeding - After 6 months check-up fee (housing etc)

Why are you raising the funds?

In 2021, Mrs Bismark was diagnosed with kidney failure and underwent a kidney transplant which was successful. However, in late 2022, the transplanted kidney failed, and she has been on dialysis ever since. Mrs Bismark has been a fighter throughout this difficult journey, but her health is rapidly deteriorating, and her only hope for survival is to undergo another kidney transplant. Unfortunately, the cost of this procedure is exorbitant, and Mrs Bismark is unable to afford it. We are therefore appealing to the generosity and compassion of the public to help us raise the funds needed for Mrs Bismark's life-saving surgery. The estimated cost of the transplant is 30 million naira, and any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference. We know that times are tough, and the economic situation in our country is challenging, but we urge you to help us in any way you can. What will the funds raised help achieve?

Getting enough donations for Mrs Bismark's surgery will not only give her a second chance at life but also bring hope to her family and loved ones. If we are able to raise the funds on time, Mrs Bismark will travel to get her treatment done and be hale and hearty again. This will also cover other minute, yet important things that the family needs during this trying time.
