What are you raising money for?

We are raising funds to construct a one-block, six-classroom facility and toilets for Community Primary School Alumoye in Cross River State, Nigeria. This project aims to provide a conducive learning environment for approximately 500 students. The new facility will include six classrooms, equipped with necessary furniture and learning materials. The classrooms will be designed to provide adequate ventilation, lighting, and space for students to learn comfortably. In addition to the classrooms, the project will also include the construction of toilets. This will ensure that students to toilet and will reduce open defecation, promoting better health and hygiene. The construction of this new facility will not only improve the physical learning environment but also enhance the overall quality of education at Community Primary School Alumoye. By providing a safe, comfortable, and well-equipped learning space, we aim to increase student enrollment, attendance, and academic performance.

Why are you raising the funds?

We are raising funds to address the dire need for improved educational infrastructure at Community Primary School Alumoye. The current state of the school is alarming, with dilapidated classrooms, no offices, and no toilets. This unacceptable environment hinders the delivery of quality education to approximately 500 students. The lack of proper infrastructure affects not only the students' learning experience but also their health and well-being. The absence of toilets and clean water facilities exposes students to health risks, while the dilapidated classrooms provide an inadequate and uncomfortable learning space. Furthermore, the poor state of the school infrastructure discourages enrollment and retention, perpetuating the cycle of poverty and limiting opportunities for future generations. By raising funds to construct a new one-block, six-classroom facility and toilets, we aim to provide a conducive learning environment that will improve educational outcomes, increase enrollment, and enhance the overall quality of life for the students and community.

What will the funds raised help achieve?

The funds raised will significantly contribute to improving the educational experience for approximately 500 students at Community Primary School Alumoye. Specifically, the funds will help achieve the following: 1. Construction of a modern, well-equipped learning facility: A new one-block, six-classroom building will provide a conducive environment for students to learn and grow. 2. Improved sanitation and hygiene: The construction of toilets and a reliable water supply system will ensure that students have access to clean facilities, promoting better health and hygiene. 3. Enhanced educational outcomes: By providing a safe, comfortable, and well-equipped learning space, we aim to increase student enrollment, attendance, and academic performance. 4. Empowerment of future generations: By investing in education, we are empowering future generations to break the cycle of poverty and achieve their full potential. Overall, the funds raised will have a transformative impact on the lives of the students and the wider community, providing a solid foundation for future growth and development.
