What are you raising money for?

We are raising money to fund the CyberSecure Youth initiative, a project aimed at equipping Nigerian youth, especially students between the ages of 14 and 17, with the necessary cybersecurity skills and knowledge to navigate the digital world safely. The funds will go towards: Organizing Workshops & Training Sessions: We plan to conduct cybersecurity workshops in various schools to educate students about the dangers of cyber threats and how to protect themselves online. These sessions will be led by cybersecurity professionals and industry experts. Creating Learning Resources: We will develop and distribute educational materials like articles, blogs, and videos to ensure continuous learning, even beyond the workshops. Building a Website and Online Community: The website will serve as a hub for all educational content, a platform for students to engage in discussions, and a space for learning resources to be easily accessed. Recruiting Volunteers & Instructors: We will need funds to recruit talented volunteers and cybersecurity instructors to ensure the workshops are impactful and well-organized. By raising these funds, we aim to equip the next generation with the skills to defend against cybercrime, promote safe online behavior, and contribute to the creation of a more cyber-secure society in Nigeria. Why are you raising the funds?

We are raising funds for CyberSecure Youth to provide critical cybersecurity education to Nigerian youth.
